Woomaya Shipment Time:
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which is merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on the availability of the product and other factors.
The Shipping Time of a product may be estimated as follows:
Regional (Within Mumbai): 1-2 Days
Zonal (In Western India): 4-5 Days
National (Pan India): 6-8 Days
Delay in Shipment:
Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative & approximate and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or on call.
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts if required.
The shipping charges are standard throughout India.
Shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be levied on Orders up till Rs. 999.
Orders above Rs. 999 will be shipped absolutely Free.
Note, that all our products belong to intimate hygiene care category and hence are non - returnable.
The products will only be replaced/refunded if they are received by you in damaged condition – request for which has to be raised within 24 hours after receiving the product. Also, pictures of the damaged goods have to be posted on our website under the ‘Submit a Ticket’ section. After evaluating the images sent by you our Woomaya Care Team will contact you within 24 hours.
You can get a full refund excluding the shipping charges of your order value, if intimated on time.
Wrongly placed orders will not be replaced.
For refund/replacement, the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the product.
We do not provide any reverse shipment facilities.
